EXCHANGE, RETURN AND CLAIM FOR REFUND                                           

 

We are aware of the fact that internet shopping can be unsure and confusing, it is not valid at www.lull-shop.com

If necessary, we offer a quick and easy way to exchange or return your goods. When changing the goods, a courier will deliver the right size to your preferred address and will take the unwanted goods back to us. When returning, we would like to ask you to send the package by post. 

At Lull, we try to make your shopping as easy as possible and we prefer an individual approach. Therefore, if you have any questions regarding the exchange, return or claim of the goods, we will be pleased to reply to you in the contact section or at customerservice@lull-shop.com.

Exchange the goods
In our company, there is no time limit for exchange of the goods. If you have a good reason why you want to change some goods, we will be happy to exchange it even after a longer period of time. So, if you need to change size, colour, or product, we are offering you a quick way to do so. The new goods will be delivered to you by our courier and will take the unwanted goods back to us. Let us know how we can help you, and together we will solve it to your satisfaction :)


Return the goods
The goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. But if you have a good reason and will let us know, this period does not have a time limit either. When returning, we would like to ask you to send the package by post. The goods delivered back to our address, ideally in the original packaging, must not be used or damaged. Once the above conditions are met, we will send you money by bank transfer to your account within a few days of returning the goods to our address. Just let us know how we can help you, and together we will solve it to your satisfaction :)


Claim for refund
If you have any questions about claims for refund, let us know at customerservice@lull-shop.com. We normally provide a warranty period of 2 years, but we generally have a very low number of claims due to the quality of our production. Your comfort while shopping is our priority, but your cool shopping is our first choice. So if you have anything to complain about, just let us know and we will solve it to your satisfaction.
